It is a bunch of con merchants that automatically renew your membership and charge you even when you do not want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! beware you are warned they intentionally list you in auto-renewal for pay pal and banks which they are entitled to do these people know how to con you legally. You cannot contact them.

It is uses fake messages and hits to draw you in and once you join. The members that contact you are not paid subscriptions so you can never talk to them. Then once upon cancelling they do not refund your money even though you cancelled with in the prescribed time frame. Do not join. They trick you. They do not have good paying members. All just free memberships and they cannot contact you.

HORRIBLE in a word… Poor customer service, not user friendly. No matter what you request, they simply ignore it. I requested specific mileage of 100 miles from my home and specific ethnicity and it’s as if I never told them. Got people from east and west coast. Too much money for the poor value. Called many times. No response. When I finally did get a response they did not respect my requests. I would never use them again. I wish I could give them zero stars.

This dating site is terrible in all levels. It’s hard to understand to use and you are very limited to talk or search anyone. There is no matches for me in my area (200km) distance and that covers four cities. 80% of the people have no photo and when I request a photo no response or/and I don’t know if anyone received my messages cause it doesn’t tell me and I paid extra $$$for better service. This is a scam dating site. Use your money on other sites. They offer only the opposite my match request, for example, age difference was way way off and language which I cannot speak. I tried many times to report this but no help was done. Still continuing.

I paid full price for one month so that I had the option of discontinuing. However I cancelled the day they billed me for another month and they would not give me a credit. Most of the men that contacted me were from miles away and the other ones had no pictures

After a second month of nothing by empty profiles and matches far outside my area, I asked for refund for this carp and got a generic reply back… Do NOT waste your money… it is truly a scam!

Complete waste of time and money… don’t bother, 6 months subscription and not one date. Men on there are obviously far too above themselves to bother replying. Most in their 50s still want a family. Ludicrously unrealistic and snobs.

You can never reach them. You can’t report a sleazebag on their site, and that is ALL you will encounter. Their website states: “go here to report someone,” but will not route you. “Fill out this form” to complain, and no form pops up. I reported them to the FBI! They hook scammers up with victims and you pay $200 to be lied to non-stop. What a nightmare.

Very disappointed with the new this website. There’s just not enough local members, and I live in Sydney city! The website needs a lot of improving as well, I don’t like how members can’t message me unless I come across their profile and read their message. It forces you to waste a lot of time searching, miss opportunities to connect and what bothers me the most is that members who I swipe NO on keep showing up again and again. They should have left this site the way it has always been. Also too many unattractive people on there, real lack of quality. Like other sites they should also allow you to validate your profile so you know which profiles aren’t fake, and being able to write a review on a persons profile would be a big help!

I have never visited their site and yet today I got an email from them saying ‘welcome to this site’ they also sent a support id and pw but, as I didn’t create the account, I can’t login to delete the account. I’ve written to them telling them to delete the ac NOW but nothing so far. Reputable companies confirm subscriptions before creating accounts but not this mob so I assume they either created it on purpose (so they are scammers) or some idiot put the wrong email address in and this site doesn’t confirm before creating accounts !

Scammers. I bought a 24 hours boost and I am still being charged even after deleting the account and the app. They show different ways of canceling the subscription(which should be cancel by default if it is a 24 hours boost) but none of those ways work. E-mailing them solves nothing. Stay away from this so called “free dating app”!!!

I tried this site out for a month. I had a few matches for the entire month even though I swiped right probably over a hundred times. I got an email from one of the matches and responded and then never heard from her again. I met another match in person and she happened to be a con artist who tried to steal from me. It is a complete waste of time. It may be fine for women but if you are a man try something else.

Hi I joined you once then canceled my subscription and then found out that they still took money out of my bank account without my permission and that’s why I think this company is not what it seems to be. I’m not very happy. All I wanted to know is why they took my money even after I canceled my subscription with them.

Unable to cancel contact, thought I was paying month to month, however they refused to let me cancel within a few days. I emailed them and they agreed to cancel however then a month later I noticed that they were still taking out payments. Now they are demanding $250. besides the monitory aspect of this app, it is a very poor quality app it works not very well with messaging, it’s buggy, the selection of people is very poor as it doesn’t have a widely used platform. Being a 26-year-old male there was only around six people my age in the platform and I live in a busy and populous suburb and part of New South Wales. I have sent multiple emails explaining this however they are not interested. This bunch of con artist work by their marketing on television and on social media, however it is a very poor platform to look for a relationship much more recommended would be a platform like hinge. Especially for younger adults.

I have to admit, I was only on this dating site for a week, but I guess I got lucky because I meet a special person and I guess it would have never happened if it wasn’t for trying this site.

It was nice for a day and I thought a subscription at $3.99 which turned out to be $4.32 would give me unlimited access to communication but it did not. Members were kind and respectful.

You need to pay for it to be albe to send a message! Most profiles are BOTS! You receive an auto answer if you try to chat to anyone and that’s in order to suck your money! It’s a waste of time and a crappy app

When having internet problems and glitch device and it sends a message without me sending a message on the app and now I been spending a lot of Google points to spend on the app and I don’t find it fair when I was just wondering what that person sead and not even send nothing but my device starts texting on its own and by the time I try to exit it was already sent with out my okay but I only sent few messages to the same person

Im positive they are 99% all fake accounts. Very expensive app wouldnt waste time on this. Contacted customer support for refund and have my account deleted never heard back. Even if they respond to this they wont respond back about refund 100% gurenteed scam!

SharekAlomre is a complete rip-off they tell you sign up for 299 for the first month special rate they forget to tell you in fact it’s so vague you can’t find it unless you want to go over the form in a fine-tooth comb to see that you’re going to be charged 15.99 for every 20 credits you get. Oh which by the way is automatically renewed without you having any knowledge you’re being aware that this box is checked it’s hidden in your settings so yeah it’s a complete rip-off
