This is like all the other “better” dating sites is really only interested in making money – they do little to stop the awful abuse of women on line. As a more mature woman it is even worse, words like MILF are not blocked and men with fake profiles and photos not banned but given several chances to abuse again and again.

I pay a lot of money for this app, and several times a day, I can’t get into the mobile app, even with the correct password. When I write to the support service, I always get the same answer to reset my password. I must have done this ten times now. For all the money, an inferior app.

Subscription policy is intentionally misleading – they will take £209 every 6 months in advance without informing you or giving you the opportunity to cancel. Do not believe the Ts and Cs which state that there is a 14 day cooling off period – they claim that this is the initial purchase only. Do not waste your time or money on this app. The terms and conditions are misleading, particularly if you choose to sign up for a premium membership. You can’t see members’ profiles until you sign up, and if cannot find what you are looking for, you will still have to pay the full price of the contract. There is no 14-day cooling-off period that is honored, except for a few American states.

THIS APP IS A SCAM. I’ve used this site on and off for several years with no issue, but have never met anyone genuine — only men interested in hookups. As soon as I decided to bite the bullet and pay for a premium subscription, I was randomly and arbitrarily banned. I went over their guidelines repeatedly and had not broken any of them. I was kind and respectful. I represented myself authentically. I sent original messages. All of this in spite of the fact I often received suggestive and explicit messages from men and they did nothing about it. When I tried to ask WHY I was banned, they refused to say why — just took my money and refused to provide a refund. There is absolutely no way to speak to a human or customer service representative directly. They have absolutely no care for their customers and are clearly misogynistic despite proclaiming themselves to be a feminist app. RUN

Horrible site. Old accounts of people who are no longer there. They also make it almost impossible to cancel your account, and when you think it is canceled you get suckered into another payment. Worst dating site with the worst customer service. I do not recommend this site.

They constantly sent me profiles that were outside of the parameters I set. That is, they sent profiles that were older and younger than my age ranges; profiles that lived further than my distance parameter; profiles that were not at all in line with the physical traits I was interested in. I think the website has a mixed between robot and real human. I ran out of credit yesterday, but didnt hv the time to renew it, but I did read the chat that came in my way …. then I realize that the question that are coming seems to be inconsistent to the discussion topic, and the tone and expression in several profile were exactly the same, which led me to believe that the responder was actually robot.
