It is terminated my account for NO VALID REASON. They refuse to refund me the $129.99 I paid for 6 months and only used it for 3 months because they sent me an email saying they decided to terminate my account as if I’m some kind of Nigerian scam or prostitute. Buyer beware. The WORST dating website.

I joined this site and after a week saw that it wasn’t performing like I had hoped. The amount of people available and the amount I liked and messaged versus how many of them viewed my profile. So I was unhappy after a week and called customer service for a refund. They refused to give me one, said I only had 2 days to do that. I told them just prorate it for the week I used. They refused and have stuck me with a service I don’t want for 6 months. SO REMEMBER IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOU HAVE 2 DAYS!!!

This site is the biggest ripoff of any I have ever been on. So since I can’t access my account, it’s a pretty fair bet they will change my subscription status so they can charge me for another six months come April. Time to call my credit card company and block them from charging me anymore. Absolutely worthless!

Very scant search results and very stupid matching algorithms! Bogus charges all the time, this month they charged another £120 from my cc for auto renewal after I had removed my account! Customer service is absolutely worthless. Stay away from this con site. There are bunch of normal sites, where you can spend less and get more. Women are absolutely unresponsive and inactive on this site.

No phone no to call and after sending 8 messages, no response. Scam and fake profiles. Tech difficulties are set up. They take your money and refuse to assist. They lure u to believe u have matches and able to send messages, join and suddenly unable to send messages! RIP off. Complain * you’re cut off. They take your $ and run. Report to FTC so they are fined for running illegal service, exactly what they deserve, nothing but a scam!

Well, most of the girls on the side were scammers from various locations. They just wanted money to tell you a sad story. It was just a joke. It is not just that. They were all similar scams

Without a doubt this must be the most pathetic, I’ll designed, poorly managed site I have ever come across. A complete waste of money and time. Please save yourselves the bad experience.

The same profiles just get recycled and presented to you later on, even if you are not interested in them, and have indicated this by passing on them previously. This is a waste of your time.

Do not trust this site so called dating site its just there to take your money as I said it should not be in operation!

One had to be patient and communicate intelligently. The site offered opportunity to explore humanity with anonymity. Making it a safer venue.

I have joined this dating site over 3 years, and I just came back from Ukraine two days ago, I was chatting a lady called Irina for over 6 months, and I decided to meet this lady, before I went to Ukraine, we had discussed so many things, and this lady was agree everything with me, She supposed to show up in the airport to pick me up, but when I arrived, she asked me to go the hotel by my own, After I have settled down at hotel, she sent me a message saying that she wanted to meet me but would bring an interpreter (her agent), but we had discussed and agreedt not hiring an interpreter, but everything was changed, if I did not agree to let the interpreter to come, then the interpreter was not allowing the lady to come to meet me, the interpreter controls her, finally we meet on the third day, the interpreter took us to a very expensive restaurant for lunch, after lunch, I went back to hotel, the agent sent me an email saying that the lady wanted to meet me again for dinner, I said to the agent, I could pay her US$30 per hour for translation for two hours, but left the lady and me alone, but the agent did not agree, because she was afraid we exchanged contact information, also she could not get the commission from the restaurant, so we did not meet at the second time. Finally, I figured out what happened, the agent own several ladies, and she chatted for those lady in the day time, because she could get money from AnastasiaDate, so sometimes you were confused why the lady did not know what you were saying. By the way, the agent knows every single word in the conversation between you and the lady. I do not expect a dating site like this, create the opportunity to make money.
